Ningbo Jialilai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., founded in 1995, is a high-tech enterprise integrating the research and development, production and sales of precision aluminum die-castings, zinc die-castings and plastic injection molded parts.
At present, the company has established two production bases in Yinzhou District and Xiangshan County of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, covering a total area of over 100,000 square meters with more than 400 employees.
The company is equipped with advanced domestic and foreign production facilities including intelligent die-casting islands, mold centers, high-precision machining centers, ultrasonic cleaning systems and precision quality inspection systems. It owns five workshops: Mold Workshop, Die-casting Workshop, Zinc & Plastic Workshop, Machining Workshop and Assembly Workshop. All procedures ranging from mold making, smelting, die casting and machining to post-treatment are strictly controlled in accordance with the requirements of the IATF16949 system, as well as the three major ISO systems covering quality, environment and occupational health & safety, together with standardized technological processes.
